This is an entry-level injection molder position which requires molding a variety of items in strict accordance with specified instructions and procedures.
DUTY SUMMARY: This individual off-loads product from the machines during the run per detailed routing or supervisor. Inspects or evaluates parts for quality conformance. Trims parts as necessary. He/she Packages and applies labels to parts and prepares them for shipment. Must maintain a clean and orderly work station throughout the shift and beware of all quality and safety standards applicable to the position.
QUALIFICATIONS: Required: Must be able to operate department molding machines and fixtures and carry out detailed oral and written instructions, and handle detailed & repetitive activities with concentration and patience. Preferred: a High School diploma or GED and applied experience in injection molding.
Pay Rate: Starting at $15.75 per hour (first shift) and $16.75 (second and third shifts)

This is an entry-level assembler position that requires assembling a variety of cables, wires, tubes, tips, pins, needles, etc. throughout various stages of the completion process, in strict accordance with specified instructions and procedures.
Responsibilities• Receive Bill of Materials (BOM), review material requirements & advise supervision of potential shortages. Preview run requirements, including assembly steps and any fixturing, from routing documentation. Assemble product per routing instructions, using tools, fixtures or processes. Inspect & evaluate product and process for conformance to quality and routing standards. Deliver product for inspection. Follow proper electrostatic discharge (ESD) control procedures as necessary. Maintain clean workstation throughout each shift. Understand and follow quality-related standards and documentation. Determine proper disposition of non-conforming product as required. Maintain satisfactory attendance record as required for this position.
Education/Experience Requirements• High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred. Must be able to operate computers used by assemblers. Must be proficient in linear measurement & basic math and be able to convert fractions. Must be able to work with the pressure of deadlines and handle repetitive work with concentration and patience. Must be comfortable with on-the-job training and cross-training. Must be able to communicate and work well with others as well as independently, exploring and sharing ways to improve efficiency. Must be able to read, comprehend and carry out simple, but detailed instructions, both written and oral. Must be detail-oriented: accurate, consistent, thorough, neat, able to recognize material damage/flaws, punctual. Must be able to maintain clean work area and demonstrate commitment to workplace safety. Must be able to maintain satisfactory attendance record as required for this position.

This position requires assuring the quality of all final assembly components, in strict accordance with specified standards, instructions and procedures.

Evaluate inspection procedure for conformance to quality and routing standards. Maintain clean work station throughout each shift. Understand and follow quality-related standards and documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma required as a minimum. Must understand basic math, including Metric/English conversions,linear measurement, charts, graphs, etc. Must understand basic electronics, including capacitance, inductance,resistance, etc. Must understand basic print schematics/blueprints. Must understand basic metrology. Must be able to operate computers used by inspectors. Must be comfortable with basic troubleshooting/problem solving. Must be able to work with the pressure of deadlines. Must demonstrate excellent organizational, time management and follow-upskills. Must be comfortable with on-the-job training and cross-training. Must be able to communicate and work well with others as well as independently, exploring and sharing ways to improve efficiency. Must be able to read, comprehend and carry out very detailed instructions, both written and oral. Must be detail-oriented: accurate, consistent, thorough, neat, able to recognize material damage/flaws, punctual. Must be able to maintain acceptable attendance record and work overtime as directed. Must demonstrate commitment to workplace safety.
