Custom Connectors

Electronic devices are getting smaller and smaller and engineers are beginning to face challenges when they accept standard off-the-shelf connectors to meet their needs. If your design can not afford to be compromised, then customization is the solution. There are several advantages to having a custom connector built specifically to meet your needs.

• They save space inside the device. You can design any shape that is technically feasible to manufacture. The connector dimensions are constantly decreasing. We have designed and successfully built – 4 to 6 pole connectors with dimensions as small as: 6.8mm x 6.9mm x 4.2mm. These types of connectors can be soldered onto PCBs or housed in small-sized device casings.
• They can be designed using customized contacts for custom connectors. These contacts can be designed to accommodate the electrical requirements of the connectors. Contacts with customized materials are sourced from our well-experienced sources who have helped us  in developing many customized contacts.
• Custom connectors can be built using specialized molding materials that can withstand different environmental requirements such as high-temperature soldering materials, IP64 compliance, moisture  resistance, etc.
• They can be designed as modular connectors that can be stacked together.
